Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Our Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour UK delivery option is FREE, and our Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour delivery option is £3.95. Please note that at the moment we can only deliver to the UK. You can find full details about delivery and dispatch, including estimated shipping times here.

We offer free delivery on all orders.

How long will my delivery take?

Where is my order?

If it’s been more than 7 working days since you’ve received an email confirming that your order has been shipped, please contact our Customer Service team who will look into it for you and either replace your order or refund you in full.

How can I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number when your order is despatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly, at the moment, that isn’t possible. Our service is only available in the UK (including the Channel Islands). We hope to go international soon!

Until when can I place an order for Christmas?

Royal Mail’s last recommended posting date for Christmas is the 20th of December, so if you place your order by the 19th you should receive your parcel in time for Christmas.

Please note that personalised orders may take up to 2 extra working days to get delivered.

Will you send any socks between Christmas and New Year?

We'll be closing for Christmas between Friday the 22nd of December 2023 and Tuesday the 2nd of January 2024. This means that all orders received after 12pm on the 21st of December will only be processed and shipped on or after the 3rd of January.

Returns and Refunds

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order or make a change to your delivery address, please let us know as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to specific items in your order.

It may not be possible to amend or cancel the current order if the parcel has been despatched, but don’t worry. Simply return any unwanted items to us by following the instructions on our Returns and Refunds page. You can place a new order for the correct items whenever you want.

Personalised Socks

How are the socks embroidered?

Your monogram will be embroidered with the greatest care in our embroidery studio, using our state of the art embroidery machines and a skilled technician.

How much does it cost?

When you choose personalisation you'll pay an extra £9 for each 3 pair pack - this is only £3 per pair!

How many letters can I have embroidered?

In order to ensure that the product meets all quality standards, we're only able to embroider up to three initials.

Please note, we can only embroider text. Any emojis will be rejected.

Can I pick the colour and font I want embroidered on my socks?

We'll pick the colour and font that best suits your socks. Each pack of socks may have different styles and colours, so for now we've decided to make this process as hassle-free as possible!

Is the thread also made from recycled materials?

We use regular polyester thread for monogramming, but we'll be switching to recycled soon. We're using up surplus thread first, so nothing goes to waste.

When will I receive my personalised socks?

This will depend on which delivery option you select at checkout. But please allow up to 2 extra working days for delivery, specially during busy times of the year (i.e. Christmas).

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Diners Club & Discover).

You can also pay via Apple Pay and Google Pay (depending on the device used).

My Account

I forgot my TORE account password. How can I recover it?

Simply go to the sign in page at the top of the site and click on "Forgot your password?", enter your email address and click the "Submit" button. An email will then be sent to you. Please follow the instructions on the email to reset your password. Make sure you check your spam folder for the email.

Can I change my account email address?

To change your account email address please send us an email to hello@wearetore.com with your request and we’ll be able to change it for you. Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible for customers to change it themselves.

Where can I find the size chart?

Every product has a size guide available on the product page where you will be able to check which size is right for you. Simply click on “Size guide” near the Size option and a small pop-up window will open.

How do I sign up to the newsletter?

To sign up for updates and promotions from TORE, scroll to the bottom of the site and enter your email into the "Email address" box and click “Sign up”.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of our newsletters.
